ApplyWorks plans and pricing

ApplyWorks provides a highly usable front-end online workflow for processing citizensʼ and businessesʼ applications for licences, built to GOV.UK design standards, fully integrated with all line of business systems and equipped with a comprehensive application management system.


£35,000 per year

The essential ApplyWorks service, branded to look like your existing website, enables you to provide a comprehensive and intuitive application workflow for up to 3 forms, and integrates with 1 of your CRM or works system(s) for efficient notification of appropriate departments.


£50,000 per year

For licences that require payment, ApplyWorks Standard brings all the benefits of the Basic package, comes with up to 6 forms and includes an integration with the payment provider of choice.


£62,000 per year

Where there is a need for specialised licensing features for complex service areas, ApplyWorks Premium enables councils to manage applications for the likes of market trader licensing and taxi licensing. This Premium service provides functionality such as asset layers for plots and pitches, calendars and attendance registers.
