How can we help?
SocietyWorks is the wholly owned subsidiary of civic technology charity mySociety. Building on mySociety’s 20+ years of experience developing open source digital civic services, we are trusted by authorities across the UK and abroad to improve their interactions with citizens and create digital transformation across a range of services.
Contact us through the form below, or at enquiries@societyworks.org. Your message will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We offer a service that allows parishes to receive emails notifications when specific types of problem are reported in their parish boundary, instead of those reports going to the county, district, or unitary authority.
It’s called FixMyStreet for Town & Parish Councils, and it has a rolling cost of £20/mth with no contract.
If you’d like to learn more about the service before signing up, join our next monthly Q&A:
You can subscribe to free email alerts whenever an issue is reported in your neighbourhood or your parish, via FixMyStreet. Just enter your postcode and email address.
The quickest and easiest way to report a neighbourhood problem to your council is on fixmystreet.com.
If you have reported a local problem on FixMyStreet, and your council hasn’t resolved it, perhaps try contacting your local councillors on WriteToThem.
Sorry, you’re in the wrong place to report that kind of issue. Contact the FixMyStreet user support team instead.
You can access stats for your area here – follow the links to sign in with your council email address for detailed breakdowns.
We do not encourage use of FixMyStreet report numbers as an indicator of real-world activity. Read why here, and if you still want statistics, follow the links on that page to contact the FixMyStreet.com team.
Contact the FixMyStreet.com team for help with FixMyStreet and other mySociety services.
